In this thread; we discuss what happens in the event I or one of the management has to leave for whatever reason.
I propose that in the event that I have to leave for whatever reason then whoever I have appointed as 'next in charge' (aka, head management or whatever it is called) will take over until such a time I return. If that time is never then so be it.
This would also be subject to conditions imposed by myself, if I was to leave for an extended time and whomever was second in charge explicitly told me they do not want to be in charge then I would appoint someone else.
