Abraxas: Pummel the alien scum and Steal the Shovel.
Use the Shovel to Cut down the tree. Or Dig it up. Preferably Cut it down though

Velkan Jame climbs up the nearest tree and cuts off one of the branches with his axe. He doesn't grab the falling branch.

Marvin the Martian catches the falling branch and uses it to whoop the ass of Velkan Jame while he's trying to cut down the tree.
